SAN ANTONIO, TX-The San Antonio Independent School District (ISD) along with Harlandale ISD and South San Antonio ISD held their Gifted/Talented and AP Conference 2010 “Raising the Bar” at Edison HS.  The conference gave approximately 500 attendees a full day of sessions focused on gifted and talented instructional activities and professional learning opportunities.  The Art of Learning books were given to educators to supplement the ideas they gained through workshops geared toward engaging students in meaningful discussions and abstracting activities within various content areas.
